2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the website operated by the Provider and the cooperation between the Provider and its business (B2B) partners.
The website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. Sales take place under separate written commercial agreements or individual purchase orders.
3. Use of the site
All content on the website (texts, images, trademarks, logos) is protected by copyright. Any use requires the prior written consent of the Provider or the relevant brand owner.
It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the website, perform automated data collection, or carry out any activity that infringes the legitimate interests of the Provider or any third party.
4. B2B relationships
The Provider works exclusively with B2B partners — veterinary clinics, veterinary pharmacies and specialised retailers. Detailed commercial terms are set out in individual agreements.
5. Liability
The Provider strives to keep the website accurate and up to date but accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
6. Final provisions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. The current version is always available on the website. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Hungarian law.
