2. Data processed and purpose

Information provided when contacting us (name, email, phone, message) — used to respond to your enquiry and prepare business cooperation.

Contact details of representatives of business partners — used for the performance of the contract, ongoing communication and invoicing.

3. Legal basis

Consent of the data subject (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f)) — in particular for business communication.

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the matter is closed. Partner data is retained for the statutory retention period after the contract ends (8 years for accounting records).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data processors (e.g. hosting, email and invoicing providers) are used only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

6. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies required for operation. Analytics or marketing cookies are only used with your separate consent.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection (NAIH).
